OK, boys and girls, back to the 60s: Those of us that grew up in the 60s (i.e., born in the 50s) remember those days as the era of the legendary The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Beach Boys, The Byrds... There were, however, many groups that, in their heyday, frequently topped the charts but then mysteriously disappeared from the spotlight.
